Achievement

Mayfield children continue to uphold a long - standing record of academic success, with top results in national testing (SAT's) and continuing excellence in rigorous in-house examinations. Success is pursued at selective secondary education level, with the vast majority of our pupils achieving places at a variety of prestigious grammar schools.

Contributing to the wider community and to help our children realise their place, however small or large, within the world, is important to the ethos that Mayfield projects.  Our pupils are helped to recognise their responsibility and are made aware of the positive impact they can have.  Mayfield has for many years carried out fundraising for charitable causes, whether on whole school, group or individual levels, our initiatives have raised a significant amount of money for a wide range of charities.
