Central Hall Music Concert

Mrs Petch would like to congratulate all of the children who performed in the Summer Music Concert at Central Hall last Wednesday. All children performed fantastically and were a credit to Mayfield. The ‘Lower School Singers’ definitely set the high standard of performance as they opened the concert with their action songs. The sound produced from the ever expanding Mayfield Orchestra filled the hall beautifully. Their last number, ‘In the Hall of the Mountain King’ made for a dramatic finale to the concert.

Each year, the quality of performance gets better and better, and this is not only due to the hard work of the children and their instrumental teachers, but is also due to the continued strong support from Parents. So thank you all for this.
